Institute classes

They just started up again last week and while it is just one more thing to do, It really makes a noticeable difference in my personal scripture study, strengthens my resolve, and my attitude ...

I go on Tues at 7pm to the Hill Pt Chapel for Sis Ewell's class one of Bro Fotheringham's is held in the Red Coach building, 7pm on Tuesdays.  While Sis Ewell's class tends to be more sisters and retirees, Bro Fotheringham has mostly young adults and singles and father/sons in the audience.

Just a thought,
Celeste

Looking for a haircut

A chance to share your skills

Good morning, sisters!  I have a chair that my family loves to sit in.  It was cream-colored when I bought it and now is closer to gray in color.  I was wondering if anyone in the ward knows how to reupholster a chair.  If so, would you be willing to teach me how to do it, so that I no longer have to be embarrassed about our favorite piece of furniture!  Thank you, Nikki Abramson 655-3351

Who would be able to do this

Are you interested in making one of these Temple Portraits for Super Saturday?  Deseret Book sells similar artwork for about $250 on sale.

We would be able to make one for about $60.  For a little bit more you could personalize the art too!
There are several temples to chose from.  These portraits are 26 x 32 finished.  Everything you need will be provided, including the help of a teacher. Please plan on being on time and present for the entire class in order finish during the class time. Even beginners will take home a beautiful project to be proud of at the end of the class!

Please leave a comment if you are interested in signing up for this project or email Amy Gardner.
